Q: What is your MOQ / minimum order quantity?
A: Usually, MOQ is 2tons per item. If you need lower quantity, the price will be expensive.

 Q: What is your MOQ / minimum order quantity?
A: The samples are Free if you need our existing samples to check the design and quality. If you need the samples with your own design or printing,  we will charge sample fee / cost on film blowing and plate printing. Final price will be confirmed after checking your artwork.

 Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1)The type of product
2) The specifications of the production (Length*Width*Height, diameter of paper core, packaging requirement, other specifications)
3) The body color of product
4) The printing colors
5) The quantity do you need to quote

 Q: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A: The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD

Refer to the artwork or Pantone color from customer. But please kindly noted that the color cannot be 100% completely completely consistent with the physical color. It still there will be a slight color difference.

EXW price, FOB price, CIF price are acceptable, Customer can advice us your forwarder’s info. Then we can arrange the Logistics Shipment with forwarder.The goods can be shiped by AIR, by Sea, by FEDEX, DHL,UPS,other express company etc.

Customers are advised at the time of receipt of the goods, please unpacking, inspection. Goods found problems, please contact our sales, we will handle the problems.

If there are serious quality problems, please contact Customer Service staff, then we will check and analyze the problems. Once we confirm the problems which are caused by our factory. You may apply replenishment.
